In the last two years PCMGeeks.dk have had the honour to present the Vintage 03 DB. But this time is over – at least for PCMGeeks. Because most of the crew on PCMGeeks who has helped building this database has founded a new Danish PCM community site named PCMFreaks.dk.
Therefore it’s an honour to tell you that the Vintage 03 DB for Pro Cycling Manager 2010 is a reality in not so long. Ant it will – in the reason that PCMFreaks.dk is a new site – be the first project that PCMFreaks.dk can put its name on.
There will not be a deadline for this project as we want the database to be as faultless as possible. We are working every day to finish the database and therefore we can tell you which things that make this database better than the two latest (PCM08 and PCM09).
Danish and English version
As you can read there will be an database both in Danish and in English. That means that when you play races as Danish championship or Ronde van Vlaanderen / Tour des Flandres it will be in Danish. The most of the race names will be in Danish except the Tour de France in the reason that it will spoil the enthusiasm among the Danish players. Furthermore there will be Danish commentators which most of you don’t know in the fact that they are.... yes, Danish.
12 new roadrace championships
Now you get the opportunity to ride even more championships with your team. The 12 new nations are Argentina, Belarus, Norway, New Zealand, Austria, Great Britain, Kazakhstan, Canada, Slovenia, Sweden and Luxembourg.
Completely new thing!
Something that is very new in this database is a thing that had never been seen in the history of PCM databases. Now – with the Vintage 03 for PCM10 – you can choose to be national coach for one of the 26 national teams in both road race and time trail!
It’s a thing that had never been succeeded in any other databases and people have said that it was impossible to do and that is why this database is different from many other databases!
All the national teams you can choose is the teams who rode World Championship back in 2003.
(And NO, Alex Zülle is not from Slovenia)
