Please download and install the beta update 1.0.2.0 for Pro Cycling Manager 2010 1.0.1.8 version (58 MB):
1. Click http://support.focus-home.fr/Setup-Patc ... .0.1.8.zip
2. Save Setup-Patch-1.0.2.0-From-1.0.1.8.zip file on the hard disk.
3. Open Setup-Patch-1.0.2.0-From-1.0.1.8.zip file.
4. Run Setup-Patch-1.0.2.0-From-1.0.1.8.exe application file.
5. Follow the instructions.
Once the beta update 1.0.2.0 installed, please run PCM2010 and click Play button.
If you get a message asking if you want to download the 1.0.1.8 update, click No.
The beta update 1.0.2.0 is not recognized by the auto update server.
The server believes that the game is not up to date which is not the case.
Subsequently, the 1.0.2.0 update will be available officially on the server for everyone.
The update must fix the disc checking issue, and there are also memory management improvements, PCM2010 should be more stable and more efficient.
About the disc checking, if the issue persists please reset the game activation:
1. Press Windows (at the bottom of the keyboard next to the Alt/Alt Gr keys) and R keys.
2. Type REGEDIT and press Enter key.
3. Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER folder.
4. Open Software.
5. Open Cyanide.
6. Open Pro Cycling Manager 2010.
7. Delete Keys folder.
8. Close the Registry Editor utility.
9. Run PCM2010.
The game will check again the DVD of PCM2010.
Of course we need your opinion on this update, so feel free to post a message in this topic.

Es handelt sich nur um eine Betaversion. Beim Starten des Spiels wird gefragt, ob Patch 1.0.1.8 installiert werden soll. Da muss man NEIN klicken. Die Betaversion wird nicht als neuerer Patch erkannt, daher die Frage. Einen Changelog habe ich noch nicht gefunden.

Einer aus dem PCMDaily Forum hat Folgendes geschrieben :
"Looks like it fixes some memory management issues, I think that's good news for the modders."
Wenn's echt so ist, dann kann ich mich endlich freuen, da man die Grafik dann voll aufdrehen könnte - ohne dass er bei 1,8GB abschmiert.
Edit : Läuft! Selbst bei vollen Einstellungen bleibt der RSM deutlich unter 1,8GB Arbeitsspeicher-Nutzung.

Nur nicht die wie in der DB. Aber sonst sind sie alle dabei.Ciolek 4 Win hat geschrieben:Weiterspielen sollte mit allen DB`s gehen, aber die Änderungen wirst du nicht haben.
